He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Lee Westfall and Marie Ann Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Street Leach Westfall; his daughter Tera Jewel Westfall (Michael Wheeler) of Dunlap; his stepson Joshua Leach (Ernestine) of Medina, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tristan, Jaylynn, Kylie, Gabriel and Rosalee; his siblings, Sharon West (David) of Ohio, Gary Westfall (Kathy) of Ohio, Buddy Orvil Westfall (Tina) of Pennsylvania and Larry Westfall of Tennessee; his mother-in-law Magdaline Street Young of Florida; his siblings-in-law, David Street (Jenny) of Florida and Mary (Robert); and his close friend Lucas. He is also survived by six nieces and four nephews.
