It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Darlene Higdon (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on October 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie "Pete" Higdon, Sr.; her parents, Robert Yancey and Nannie Kate Tipton; and her siblings, Norma Tipton Boston, Ronnie Tipton and Dennis Tipton.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Renee Higdon Easterly (Peanut), Marsha Darlene Brock (Scotty) and Leslie Ray "Tater" Higdon, Jr.; her grandchildren, John Leslie, Jimmy Martin, Destiny Renee Easterly, Katie Darlene and James Yancey Brock; and her siblings, Barbara Huff (Bill) of Blanchard, OK, Janice Bryson (Goley), Larry Tipton, Dunlap Tipton and Donnie Tipton (Patty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
