She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dale and Wilma Dale; and her siblings, Cay Poole Hampton and Ronald Dale. She is survived by: her husband Felix Arnold Blevins; her children, Gregory Arnold Blevins, Felicia A. McGlocklin (Charles) and Thomas Allen Blevins (Gloria); her grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Wolfford (Garrett), Charles J. McGlocklin II, Tara A. McGlocklin, Gavin R. McGlocklin, Nathan A. Blevins and Nichols A. Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Rett Wayne Wolfford and Juniper Dee Wolfford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
