It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammie Lou Flanagan (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on April 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent William Bryan Cordell; her husband Paul H. Flanagan; her son Bill Norman; and her siblings, Joyce Cordell and Mark Cordell.
She is survived by: her parent Madge Cain Cordell; her children, Chris Shockley (Susan), Jamie Edgar (Todd) and Nancy Marcum; her siblings, Billie Sue Cox, Regina Mahoney (Paul), Lebron Cordell (Aliene) and Johnny Cordell (Sharon); and her friends, Meg Fusco and Lorene Camp. She is also survived by two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
