He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Batten and Blanche Price Batten. He is survived by: his wife Tina Batten; his children, Traci Davis (Nick), Terry Batten and Michelle Batten; his siblings, Jack Batten and Peggy Batten; and his granddaughter Samantha Davis. He is also survived by 4 other grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
