She is survived by: her husband Jacky Smith; her children, Cindy Smith Songer (Nathan), Cheryle Smith Hudson (Patrick) and Camilla Smith Lewis (Tim); her siblings, Betty Bookout (Jerry), Jerry Harvey (Judy), Waymon Harvey (Virginia), Peggy Farner (Winford), Ronnie Harvey (Carolyn), Cathy Morgan (Rondal) and Greg Harvey; her grandchildren, TJ Lewis (Ansley), Melissa Carter, Hank Lively (Savannah), Elizabeth Easterly (Corbin), Laney Hudson, Scott Lewis and Mac Songer; and her great grandchildren, Emily Celatka, Zayden Celatka and Maeve Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
