He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Farley; his parents, Richard Farley and Sarah Jane Farley; and his siblings, Martha Jo Pascoe and Norman Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Farley; his children, Anita Farley and Gary Farley (Peggy) of Dunlap; and his siblings, Donna Farley Harvey, Francis Sutherland, Wayne of Dunlap, Dale of Dunlap and Linnie Farley of Dunlap. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight grand-children.
