He is survived by: his spouse Billie Sue Frizzell Mooneyham; his sons, Larry Mooneyham (Sharon) of Spencer, Ray Swanger (Ruth Ann) of Dunlap, Gary Mooneyham (Reba) of Spencer, David Swanger (Linda) of Hendersonville and Derrick Mooneyham (Teresa) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Wendy Forsythe (Paul), Robin Mooneyham, Nick Mooneyham (Melissa), Eric Mooneyham (Alicia), Josh Swanger (Megan), Britney Oakley (Paul), Brandi Mooneyham, Kayla Jean Meredith and Tyler Meredith; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Mooneyham, Jean Cookston, Dean Cookston (Norman) and James C. Cookston. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
