It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Russell McDonough (Dunlap, Tennessee), born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his son Jason McDonough; his parents, Andrew Leo II and Janet Weaver McDonough; and his grandparents, Russell, Evelyn Weaver, Andrew Leo McDonough and Winifred McDonough.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle McDonough of Chattanooga, TN; his grandchildren, Shawnee Carter of Asheville, NC, Andrew "Drew" Carter, Ashley McDonough and Lindsey McDonough; and his siblings, Carol Cashin (Jack), Neil McDonough (Anne), Andrew McDonough (Nancy) and Joan Hughes of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At this time, due to Covid19, a remembrance service will be postponed until an outside celebration can be safely scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ewton's Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Michael McDonough's name.
