It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Lewis Blailock (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Blailock and Ann Bullock Blailock. He is survived by: his wife Jane Pyle Blailock; his daughters, Tammy Harper (Jim), Wanda Rhoades (Johnnie), Melinda Rollins and Sylvia Lopez (Greg); and his siblings, Melinda Lanier (Mark), Teresa Cox and David Blailock. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
