With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael David Smith (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on June 2, 2019 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Herman Mac Cunningham and Arnnie Nunley Cunningham; and his brother Craig Allen Smith. He is survived by: his children, Harley Shanay Smith-Maple and Michael "Tyler" Smith; his granddaughters, Zoe Danielle Maple and Delilah Emma-Grace Maple; his parents, Mary Emma Smith and David Cartwright; his brothers, Keith Cunningham (Tracy) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Danny Wayne (Amy); his nephews, Britton Allen Smith (Emily) and Jordan Keith Cunningham; his niece Katie Cunningham of Soddy Daisy, TN; and his aunt Carolyn Basham of Whitwell, TN.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; special uncle.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
