She is survived by: her husband Judson "Larry" Lewis; her children, Judson Alan Lewis, Vicki Tate (David) and Chris Lewis (Audria); her sisters, Pat Jenkins and Louise Bickford (Jack); her grandchildren, Ariel Smith (Tylor), Garrett Farley (Britt), Chelsea Farley (Logan), Haley Ballard (Brandon) and Brailey Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Aubree Sue Smith, Madalynn Smith, Cannon Farley, Asher Farley, Charlie Farley, Grady Farley, Boden Farley, Avah Ballard and Everly Ballard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
