It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leland Ray Hall of Dunlap, Tennessee, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Effa Owensby Hester Swanger and Alvin Ray Hall; his grandparents, Anna Lee, Thomas Stewart and Owensby; his daughter Kemmi Hall Ledford; and his grandson AJ Ledford.

He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Scruggs (TJ Pyburn); his siblings, Velma McNabb (Donald) and Robert Hester (Penny); his grandchildren, Kristen, Stephen Sims, Tristan Ledford, Emilea Pugh, Callie Stevens and Marcus Bureau; and his great grandchild Thomas Luke Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
