He is survived by: his wife Helen of Dunlap, TN; his daughter Rebecca; his son-in-law Jordan; his grandson Leo of Wilmington, DE; his son David of Chattanooga, TN; his brother Mark; and his sister-in-law Rebecca of St. Joseph, MO..
