He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Caine and Dora Francis Rigney of Albany, KY.; his wife Betty Lois Sells Rigney; and his siblings, Leila Braswell (Frank), Florine Smith (Martin), Ina Mae Dyer (Omar), Minnie Brown (Frank), Ova Dean Williams (Delbert), Marie Dalton (Harold), Willie and Reba Rigney.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Warner (Stephen) of Dunlap, TN and Tony Rigney (Tammy) of Chattanooga, TN; and his granddaughter Miranda Warner of Dunlap, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
