He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Ann Hall; his children, Janice Marie Hall and Bobby Joe Hall; his grandchildren, DJ Hall and Andrew Blaylock; and his parents, Roy Hall and Mary Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Rigney, Phyllis Blaylock (Donald), Elaine Hall, Kimberly Hall, Sheryl "Karen" Martin, Brenda "Kala" Spencer (James), Jeffery Hall, Vincent Hall (Lesia), Steve Hall (Alta), Dayton, Jerry Dean Hall (Nancy), Tony Ray Hall (Devona), Stacey Adam Hall and Jason Wayne Hall (Melinda); and his siblings, Janie Lou Allen, Lynda Layne and Vernon Hall of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
