He was predeceased by: his wife Dotty; his daughter Kimberlee King Berg; his parents, Arnold King and Ida Mae King; and his sister Norma Jean McBee.
He is survived by: his children, Kelli Kilgore (Rocky), David Brian Howe (Suzie) of Wider, GA, Joe Burdge (Susie) and Lee Burdge (Patti); his grandchildren, Jesse James Kilgore, Paige Thompson, Brandon Burdge, Cortney Howe, Josh Burdge and Steven Berg; and his siblings, Linda "Lu Lu" Green, Barbara Comstock and Al Floyd King (Karen) of Dunlap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
