He is survived by: his parents, Meck Lockhart and Jeannene Chadwick Lockhart; his son Christopher Lockhart; and his siblings, Lisa Hall Vinson, Teresa Hamilton (Clifford) and Jackie Lockhart (Donna). He is also survived by 6 nephews and 4 great-nieces.
