He is survived by: his parents, Meck Lockhart and Jeannene Chadwick Lockhart; and his sisters, Lisa Hall (Vinson) and Teresa Hamilton (Clifford). He is also survived by 6 nephews, 4 great-nieces, 2 great-nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
