Haskel Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Haskel Smith (Dunlap, Tennessee), who passed away on February 23, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hershel and Vina Wright Smith; and his brother Bolen "Bo" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sampson Smith; his daughters, Patricia Keener (James), Teresa Smith and Chattanooga; his brother Dan Smith (Cotton); his grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Whitney, Brooke and Michael; his great grandchild Jamie; and also Dunlap. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or Amedisys Hospice.
