He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sue Lamb Sprouse; his siblings, Larry R. Sprouse and Dean Johnson (Roy) of Dunlap; his sons, Allen Sprouse (Gail) of Rossville, GA and David Sprouse (Sherri) of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, George Sprouse, Victoria Sprouse, Justin Sprouse (Ryan) and Lauren Hutchinson (Shane); his great grandchildren, Kaine LaFevor, James Sprouse and Colt Hutchinson; his nieces and nephews, Lisa Harmon (Steve), Dr. Richard Sprouse and Ryan Sprouse (Karah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jan Lamb and Debbie Vaden; and his friend Lamar Johnson. He is also survived by other great grandchildren.
