She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Phillips and Bill Phillips; and her half-sister Barbara Kay Martin. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Johnson (Chris) and Billy C. Clark of Dunlap; her grandchildren, Terrance Clark (Mariah), Trevor Clark (Kaylee), Tommy Johnson (Gracie), Loretta Johnson and Shane Johnson; her great grandchildren, Millie Kay Clark and Maddox Patton; and her brothers, Larry Phillips and David Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
