He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lewis and AlMeady Perry Johnson; his sons, Michael and Donald Johnson; and his siblings, Pud Johnson, Penny Johnson and Viva Loyd Carlton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Louallen Johnson; his siblings, Stan Johnson (Willene) and Jacqueline Harvey; his sister-in-law Pat Johnson; and his close friends, Odell and Linda Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
