She is survived by: her children, Joyce Newman, Connie Johnson (Steve), Tracy Newman, Michael Newman (Mary Ann Boston), Barry Newman, Keith Newman (Sheri Greene) and Robert Paul Newman; her brother Nevin Sims; her sister-in-law Lorenza Newman; her grandchildren, Justin Johnson, Dillon Ewton, Mitzy Boston, Courtney Skyles, Matthew Ewton and Skyler Newman; her great grandchildren, Amber Pursley, Cheylyn Boston, Cassius Ewton and Caroline Johnson; and her great great grandchild Kylie Ann Pursley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
