He was predeceased by: his parents, Evie Byas and Alfred Byas; and his children, Charity McCumber and Christopher Byas. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa McIntyre, Bridget Mona and Tiffany Rael; his siblings, Eugene Byas (Serita), Dee Fountain (Paul) and Lydia Mason; his daughter Ashley; and his grandson Hunter Carter. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Evie & Alfred Byas; daughter, Charity McCumber and son, Christopher Byas.
