He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Johnson Harvey; his children, Clay Harvey (Judy), Dan Harvey (Linda), Melva Sue Minton (Joe Burdge) and Tina Summers (Greg); his siblings, James Darvin (Francis), Dwight Thomas, Donnie Philip, Douglas Lee Harvey (Alice), Diane Lillian Sims and Dixie Hendricks; his grandchildren, Amy Louise Summers, Jason Edward Harvey (Stephanie) and Daniel Bryan Minton (Pam); and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Autumn, Chance, Hunter, Austin, Reagan and Korbin.
