She was predeceased by: her parents, Quay Tate and Helen Standifer Tate. She is survived by: her husband Jerry M. Lewis; her children, Jimmy Lewis, Tim Lewis (Camilla) and Lindsay Worley (Shane); her brothers, Denton Tate (Brenda) and Danny Tate (Sandra); her grandchildren, TJ, Elizabeth, Scott, Ciara and Emberlyn; and her great grandchildren, Maeve and Adler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
