He is survived by: his wife Mamie Powell Larkin; and his children, Sandra Maynard McGowan, Raymond Lowe (Sherry), Stacey Martin and Kristen Larkin. He is also survived by several brother and sisters; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
