He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Audrey; and his sisters, Dee Dee, Cheryl and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Amber, Holly and Houston; his grandchildren, Dakota, Ashlynn, Mason and Connor; his siblings, Kathy, Geno and Curtis; and his sisters-in-law, Lora Lee and Teresa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
