He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Elaine Nations. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jager; and his brothers, Jason Hernandez of Covington, GA, Aaron Hernandez of Conyers, GA and Derek Hernandez of Conyers, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
