She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Hendon and Edith Sutherland Hendon; and her siblings, Freda Lanier, Cathy Hendon, Evelyn Johnson, Patsy Smith, Faye Smith, Thurman, Truman, Everett and Claude Hendon.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Cain; her daughter Jeanette Cain Pursley (Tracy); her grandchildren, Master, Garen Hobbs and Evan Hobbs; and her great grandchild Brayleigh Hobbs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
