He was predeceased by: his father Charles McFarland; and his grandparents, Marvin, Eva Johnson, Charlie and Geneva McFarland.
He is survived by: his wife Pauletta McFarland; his sons, Jeff McFarland (Trish) and Charlie McFarland; his mother Bobbie McFarland; and his siblings, Jimmy Johnson (Audrey), Barbara DeWeese (Larry), Sandy Brown (Tracy), Ronnie McFarland (Kim), Donnie McFarland (Robin), Sharen Mayo and Peggy Nelson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
