He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ruth Smith and Homer Smith; his brother James Willard Smith; and his granddaughter Natoshia Ann Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Priscilla Cagle of Pikeville and Mary Ann Smith of Pikeville; and his half-siblings, Emma Kay Smith and Homer Dewayne Smith. He is also survived by two granddaughters, one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made for funeral expenses.
