He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Biggs and Annise Biggs; and his siblings, Gary, David, Charlie, John Clyde, Walter, Jr., Tommy Biggs, Sandra Burns, Hazel Randall, Betty Mullis, Shirley Deems and Josephine Hagaman.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Biggs; his children, Bryan Biggs (Hope) and Edi Shrum (Kevin); his brother Tony Biggs; and his grandchildren, Sara, Anna Shrum, Samuel, Josiah, Benjamin and Rebekah Biggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
