She is survived by: her husband Albert Shoulders; her sons, Payton Shoulders (Lynda) and Paxton Shoulders; her siblings, Dianna Burnham (Dana), Edna Cope and Perry Swafford (Carol); her grandchildren, Ashley, Devin, Sydney, Lynn and Charlie; and her caregiver Hallie Potts.
