We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2018, at the age of 81, Billy Ray Finley (Dunlap, Tennessee) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Ray Finley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Finley and Lucille Finley; and his sisters, Effie Bridges and Sally Nance. He is survived by: his wife Sammye Webster Finley; his sons, Hugh Finley and Charles Finley (Charla); his sister Ethel Finley Smith of Chickamauga Ga; his grandchildren, Mershanda, Jacob, Lily, Jack and Elijah; his great grandchild Carson Schmitt; his close friend Beverly Harmon; and his nephew Reyes Rich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to Sequatchie Co. Cancer Support Network.
