She was predeceased by: her husband T. H. Austin, Jr.; her parents, Lester Johnson and Bertie Johnson; and her brother Jack H. Johnson. She is survived by: her son Thomas Austin (Martha); her grandchildren, Jennifer Mitchell (Dusty), Ashley Martin (William), Laura Potteiger (Brooks), Thomas Austin (Jessica), Grace, Brody, Cain Mitchell, Carlisle, Hattie, Margot Martin, Taylor, Jocelyn, Evie Kate Frost, Vivian and Aaron Austin; and also Marcia Turner Smith.
