She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest B. Disheroon and Hazel Grace Graham Disheroon; her husband William Brooks Whitlow; her children, Aaron and Angela Whitlow; and her sister Alpha Cleek.
She is survived by: her brother Benny Disheroon; her daughters, Pam Whitlow and Joy Kelley (Rodney); her siblings, Preston Disheroon, Roger Disheroon (Linda), Sylvia Roberts and E. J. Disheroon (Ann); her grandchildren, Tiffany Bowers (Bryce) and R. J. Kelley (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Audrey Bowers, Claire Bowers, Eliana Bowers and Samuel Kelley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Gideon's International or to the church for missionary work.
