He is survived by: his mother Ethelene Warren Hulsey; his children, Timothy Rodgers (Kelsey), April Isbill (Jon), Stephanie Rodgers, Sonya Rodgers (Dallas) and Madison Rodgers; and his siblings, Paul Gibbons, Rod Hulsey (Janie), Richard Hulsey (Selina) and Marsha Taylor (Ricky). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
