He is survived by: his wife Lois Faye Webb of Duff; his daughters, Lisa Pack (Jimmy) of White Oak and Janie Webb of Duff; his siblings, Herman Webb of White Oak, Donnie Webb of Jellico and Judy Partin (Carl) of White Oak; and his grandchildren, Jamie, James, Kelsey, Haley, Emily, Jessica and Mary. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and several special great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
