She is survived by: her children, Jerry Wayne Bolton of LaFollette, Tracy Carrington of LaFollette, Sandra Osborne of White Oak, Jammie Bunch (Stanley) of Eagen, Charlotte Quire (Roy) of LaFollette, Elizabeth Osborne of LaFollette, Alyssa Osborne (Robby Steakley) of White Oak and Jessica Osborne of White Oak; her siblings, Billy Siler (Carolyn) of White Oak, Tom Siler (Mary) of Caryville, Tim Siler (Karen) of Lick Creek, David Metcalf (Gail) of White Oak, Duane Metcalf (Tabitha) of Morley, Brenda Taylor (Michael) of Jellico, Wanda Smith of Jellico and Zelma Delk (Tim) of White Oak; and her grandchildren, Cheyenne Cobb, Silas Cobb, Calvin, Kyle Braden, Kevin Quire, Whitney Bunch, Clara Hicks, Molly Osborne, Emma Steakley and Noah Osborne. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
