It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Edward Carver of Ducktown, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Carver and Jewell Dalton Carver; his former wife Judy Tanner Carver; and his son Kevin R. Towl. He is survived by: his wife Esta Swain Carver; his sons, Keith Carver (Debby), Stacy Towl, Bryson Payne (Bev) and Ryan Payne (Lory Ann); his brother Van Carver (Wanda); his grandchildren, Whitney Davis (Bradley), Maggie Towl, Eli Towl, Josh Towl, Asa Payne, Josiah Payne, Ziva Payne, Hezekiah Payne, Judah Payne, Alex Payne and Max Payne; his great grandchild Scarlett Davis; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Towl.

The family has requested any memorial contributions to be made to the American Cancer Society or Gideons International.
