She is survived by: her daughter Connie Cook of Ducktown, TN; her grandchildren, Tim Cook, Jesse Cook, Justin Cook, Cody Clark and Korey Clark; her great grandchildren, Lacey Barnes, Landon Cook, Kyliegh Cook, Cage Cook and Kreidynce Cook; and her niece Tina Dilbeck (Matt Dilbeck). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
