He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff "Bereta" Phillips of Drummonds, TN, Bubba Phillips of Georgia and Theresa Suarez of Georgia; his daughters, Melissa Lovelady (Josh) of Ripley, TN, Casey Shahan (Brandon) of Drummonds, TN and Brittney Armstrong of Munford, TN; and his grandchildren, Brantley Lovelady (Baldhead) of Ripley, TN, Addi Shahan of Drummonds, TN and Paisley Armstrong of Munford, TN.
