He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann; and his granddaughter Laura Ashley. He is survived by: his children, JoyAnn E. Bingel of Atoka, Duane R. Bingel and Robert I. Bingel, Jr.; his brother Roger Bingel of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Caryn Elaine, Timothy Robert and Kevan Richard.
