He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schlafer and Gladys Schlafer; and his siblings, Margaret Rankine and Malcolm Schlafer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Schlafer; his daughters, Kim Wallace of Millington and Christy Woods of Atoka; his stepdaughter Jessica Sipes of Drummonds; his sons, Mike Schlafer of Shelby Forest, Timmy Schlafer of Drummonds, Randy Schlafer of Munford and Scott Schlafer of Atoka; and his siblings, Otto Schlafer of Hot Springs, AR, Gladys Jenkins of Hernando, MS and Evelyn Gotten of Lakeland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
