He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Price and Bessie Turnage Price; and his siblings, Jerry Price, Phil Price, Danny Clyde and Peggy Thorpe.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Erwin Price of Drummonds; his siblings, George Terry Price (Glenda) of Drummonds, Ronnie Price of Atoka and Sue Price of Memphis; and his close friends, Mike Hamm and Patty Hamm. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
