We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022 we had to say goodbye to John Scott Fowler in Drummonds, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arvil Fowler, Jr. and Theresa Gardner Fowler. He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Fowler Puckett (Calvin) of Southaven; his granddaughter Madelyn Smith of Memphis, TN; and his brothers, William "Bill" Arvil Fowler, III (Angela) and Karl Fowler (Renee). He is also survived by niece, nephews.
Mr. Fowler received assistance with his medical expenses from the Healthwell Foundation, a foundation helping the underinsured afford critical medical treatments. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory at https://www.healthwellfoundation.org.
