He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Issac Cooper and Lillian Elzey Cooper; his wife Juanita; his children, Patricia Papageorgeon, Esther Darlene Hughes, Dorthea Rose Flores and Cooper, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Lauren Bemis Cooper; and also Juanita Jeannette Little Cooper. He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members.
