She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Harrison and Mary Jane Wages Harrison; her husband James R. Quarles; and her siblings, Lena Gladys, Vivian Shaddock, Juanita Brown and Havis Harrison.

She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Beaver, Sue Harrison and Don Harrison; her sons, James R. Quarles of Millington, TN, Glen Quarles of Drummonds, TN and Phillip Quarles (Denise) of Brighton, TN; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Cody Quarles and Ashton Quarles.

Barbara requested that we honor her in peace and that anyone who wanted to honor her life to do so by donating to the charity of their choice.
